This podcast is made for the analysts and research enthusiasts among you.
Forrester's CX Cast is your go-to audio resource for facts and research-based insights into customer experiences.
This in particular stands out from the list in their approach. Instead of hosting weekly guests, the majority of their episodes focus on Forrester analysts' discussions about current CX news as well as their own research findings.
Occasionally, the podcast also hosts CX professionals who share their tips and tricks for managing challenges within their organizations.
You can spot the episodes featuring special guests by keeping an eye out for episodes titled “practitioner stories”!
Amongst the list of their impressive guests are:
Forrester shares weekly snippets of their latest episodes on their LinkedIn page. These offer a great place to share their thoughts and questions for the most engaged listeners!
Their LinkedIn page overall is very active which means there are plenty of resources and event updates for you to check out.
But if you’re looking for podcast-specific content, you might want to stick to their other channels like Apple podcasts or Spotify.

Calling all business leaders – this one's for you.
This podcast is hosted by Steve Walker, the CEO and Chairman of Walker Information. What we in particular appreciate about this podcast is its sharp understanding of its audience.
Earlier in 2023, the CX Leader Podcast started doing dedicated episodes called “Quick Tips Minicast” for the busy bees out there. These are short 5-10 minute how-to episodes hosted by experts from Walker, all about running your experience management (XM) program.
Even in the regular episodes, we love the level of detail and information that Steve and his guests share, as well as the conversational tone that is easy and pleasant to follow!
It genuinely sounds like a conversation among experts who have been friends for a long time.
This podcast is filled with insights from people with years of experience in creating some of the winning strategies.
For example, in one of my favorite episodes, Steve hosted Nathan Bobay, Director for Consumer Service at Delta Faucets.
Other notable guests have been Nikhil Nadiminti, Senior Program Manager at ISG for Worldwide Customer Experience at Lenovo, and Topher Mitchell, Manager of the Value Advisory Group at Qualtrics.
Plus, at the end of each episode, Steve asks his signature question about the guests’ number one practical takeaway values for the listeners.
Free ready-to-apply tips from industry experts? Talk about ending things on a high!
This one is another podcast that is made for podcast listeners.
Each episode is packed with valuable information without the unnecessary chitchat. This makes sure that you can engage yourself in the topic and discussion itself.
Sometimes that’s just what you need.
While it may have a somewhat limited community presence compared to other podcasts on the list, this one stands out in how it actively engages its audience within each episode.
Weekly on Tuesdays.
