1. A lead form on the homepage, designed to match the company’s branding, colors, and fonts. Visitors fill out this form with their contact information, allowing Hyundai Puerto Rico’s sales agents to follow up. This approach captures interested prospects early in their buying journey and enables more personalized customer service.

2. A button bot that allows visitors to explore various car models through appealing images and request a quote. After selecting their preferred model, visitors choose a dealer and location. Finally, they provide contact information so that sales agents can follow up.

The Results

After the successful migration and launch of the new interaction, visitor CTA clicks increased significantly.

In turn, the number of leads sent to their CRM system more than doubled, reaching an impressive increase of leads per month – with a growth of more than 100%.
